This compilation was released by Doug Van Pelt of HM Magazine, when it was stilled called, Heaven's Metal Magazine. It features demo songs from different metal and hard rock bands, some of whom would go on to much success later on. The tape also features three songs not available anywhere else by Guardian, Legend, and Kemper Crabb.
