BEC Recordings is a rock record label that is an imprint of Tooth & Nail Records. The label was formed in 1997 by Tooth & Nail president, Brandon Ebel in partnership with the EMI Christian Music Group. The label is home to many bands that, while falling under the Christian rock/Contemporary umbrella, that also have a more adult sound to the music, as opposed to Tooth & Nail Records or its other subsidiaries Solid State Records and Uprok Records, which tend to be more focused on more of a mainstream Alternative rock sound |
