Five-Time GRAMMY® winner TobyMac partners with VEVO for "EYE ON IT' music video premiere
Nashville, Tenn. – Momentum continues to build in the new year for GRAMMY® Award winner TobyMac. The multi-platinum selling artist partners with music video website, VEVO to premiere his music video for “Eye On It” today, January 15, 2013. The premiere is expected to be TobyMac’s largest video release to date and further extends buzz for his synonymously named album, which released to widespread critical acclaim last August. Joining Toby for a special video cameo in "Eye On It" is GRAMMY®-nominated pop starlet Britt Nicole, who was a featured guest vocalist on the track. In addition to debuting at No. 1 on the overall Billboard Top 200 and iTunes® overall album charts, Eye On It was named "Best Christian Gospel Album of the Year" by iTunes and "Top Christian Album of 2012" by Rhapsody. Amazon hailed TobyMac as the "Christian Artist of 2012." The three music nods are the latest praise for TobyMac's EYE ON IT, following closely behind the 55th annual GRAMMY® Awards which nominated the album for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album. This marks eight career GRAMMY® nominations for TobyMac. Also adding to 2012's year successes was Toby's first career American Music Awards award in the "Favorite Artist - Contemporary/Inspirational" category.
