Why Pray

For the Christian, praying is how we communicate with God. We pray as a way of serving and obeying God. We pray because Jesus told us to and he modeled that behavior for us. We pray for God's guidance, to overcome the attack of the devil. And we pray as intercessors on behalf of friends, family, and ministries around us.

How To Pray

Here are some suggestions on how to pray for musicians:

Pray for their spiritual relationship with God.
Pray for inspiration as they write and record songs.
Pray for discernment as they interact with audience members.
Pray for physical and vocal health.
Pray for protection as they travel.
Pray for their families as being on the road can strain those relationships.
Pray that they stay clean and close to God.
